Your Personalized Naturopathic Care Journey

### You don't need more information. You need a plan.

## If you've been trying to figure everything out on your own, you're in the right place.

Together we'll look at the whole picture—not just one symptom, one diagnosis, or one lab result.

### Who Is a Good Fit?

## You may be a good fit if:

You're navigating perimenopause or menopause.

You have ADHD and want more comprehensive support.

You're struggling with PMS, PMDD, or PMOS.

You're dealing with fatigue, sleep concerns, or unexplained symptoms.

You're overwhelmed by conflicting health information.

You want a collaborative, evidence-based approach.

## What Working Together Looks Like

Months 0–2: Understanding the Big Picture

The first one to two appointments are focused on gaining clarity.

We'll review:

- Health history
- Symptoms
- Goals
- Medications
- Supplements
- Previous testing (labs, imaging)
- Current healthcare providers

My job during this phase is to understand the full picture and identify any missing information.

Sometimes updated lab work or additional testing is recommended.

Months 2-6: Building Momentum

Once we have a clearer understanding of your health landscape, we begin refining your personalized care plan.

We'll review progress, troubleshoot barriers, make adjustments, and focus on creating sustainable changes that fit your life.

Months 6-12 and Beyond: Long-Term Support

Health isn't static. Your care shouldn't be either.

Many patients choose to check in two to four times per year to:

- Review progress
- Monitor medications or hormone therapy
- Reassess goals
- Update testing
- Stay accountable

My goal isn't simply to help you feel better today.

It's to become a trusted member of your healthcare team for years to come.

### What Makes My Approach Different

## A good treatment plan should challenge you.

It should not overwhelm you.

You should be able to imagine it fitting into your actual life.

The best treatment plan isn't the most perfect one.

It's the one you'll actually be able to follow.
