# Meet Erin

You have probably seen plenty of information about perimenopause. It can feel like too much, and a lot of it may not apply to you. My role is to look across all of your systems so that not everything gets chalked up to one cause, and to help you turn information into steps you can actually take.

I have spent my clinical career focused on hormonal health, and most of my practice supports people in perimenopause and menopause. Whatever you are going through, there are people who can help, and a lot you can do for your body right now.
