## Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with patients in menopause?

Not at all. While menopause and hormone health are areas of special interest and expertise, I also work with patients navigating ADHD, PMS, PMDD, PMOS/PCOS, fatigue, metabolic health concerns, and preventative health goals.

Do I need recent blood work before booking?

No. If you have previous lab work, we'll review it together. If additional testing would be helpful, we'll discuss that during your appointment.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. I provide secure virtual appointments for patients throughout Ontario as well as in-person appointments in Burlington.

Do you prescribe hormone therapy?

Yes. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with prescribing authority, I provide hormone therapy consultations and ongoing management when appropriate.

How many appointments do I need?

It depends. Many of my patients will see me every 4-6 weeks for the first 2-3 visits. Once someone is on a maintenance plan, we see each other for a 30-45 minute visit 3-4 times per year to ensure we stay on track.meet for a 30-45-
